Order Cancellation:
- Customers can request order cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order
- During the hours of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Order Cancellation request email us at okitorganics@outlook.com.
- Once the order is fulfilled, cancellation is not possible.
